Our Travel Designers consulting allows you to avoid the stress of planning it all and you won’t be distracted by too many travel choices. With us you have the peace of mind of knowing that everything has been professionally planned for you, and all details are taken care for.
In addition, we are always here for you. Should you need anything while traveling we are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Until we discuss your itinerary and you select the components that are in it, we are not able to provide you with a cost. There are many variables that affect it: i.e. quality of hotels and room categories selected, travel experiences, transportation, tour guides.
We do not offer single day trips within an itinerary that we haven’t designed.
We don’t have a fixed minimum. The cost of an itinerary depends on a number of factors: trip duration, destinations, hotels, and the services included.

The itinerary’s per person price includes your accommodations and VAT, private guides, experiences, any additional service indicated in your proposal and our fee.
Absolutely. We have personally visited many properties in Tuscany, Amalfi Coast, Sicily, and Lake Como. We work with a few selected villa rental companies and villa owners. Tell us about your group and your desires. We will be happy to present you with a selection of properties that best suit your needs.
We have extensive experience planning special events as well as incentive trips and conferences. We are happy to help coordinating the travel aspect of a wedding (pre-post stay for all guests, honeymoon), however we do not offer wedding planning services.
We do strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. A comprehensive travel protection plan can include coverage for trip cancellation/interruption, travel luggage delay or loss of luggage and medical expenses.
