The balance of your holiday is due 10 weeks prior to the rental date. If a booking is made within 10 weeks of the rental date, the entire contract price is due at the time of booking. Renting a vacation villa or apartment is different than renting a hotel room. Please see our Booking   page (Booking Contract) for more information.

Call Italy in Style as soon as you know you need to cancel your trip. Please consider purchasing a Trip Cancellation Travel Insurance. You can buy it on-line (check out "Our Services" page with a link to Travel Insured International)   or from your own broker. If you choose not to purchase insurance at the time of booking, we will ask you to sign a waiver declaring that you have not purchased insurance, and fully understand the risks and liabilities of such a decision.

Property descriptions are provided by the properties themselves, and we update the descriptions as soon as we receive changes from the owners. Italy in Style takes all precautions to insure accuracy of all information. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in our pages, and ask our clients to use our price sheet as a guide. Exact prices are always given at the time the booking is requested.
