Is there a washer & dryer?

With a few exceptions, the properties we offer have washing machines. However dryers are a rare find in Italy because of the high cost of energy.

What are the beds like in Italy?

Beds in Italy are often a little shorter than standard US beds. All properties provide linens, pillows and blankets.

Are extra beds available in the villa?

Extra beds are available, on request, only if within the maximum occupancy of the villa. An additional charge may apply.

Is my villa child-proof?

No property can to be considered child-proof. Children must always be under direct adult supervision.

Can I rent a crib or a high chair?

Most of our villas and apartments have cribs/high chairs. These are supplied as an additional service and charge.

Do all villas and apartments have a phone?

Most properties do no have a phone.

Do I need a converter for my appliances?

Yes, you do. Electric voltage in Italy is 230V. If your appliance runs on dual voltage, you will need only a plug adapter to make your appliance cord fit the European outlet. Otherwise, you'll need an adapter and a transformer since in the US electric voltage is 120V.

Can I use my laptop computer in my villa?

Most properties do not have Internet connection. Local Internet points are widely available in all major cities and most important towns.

Does my villa have air conditioning?

Some properties have air conditioning and sometimes only in the bedrooms or parts of a home. Please refer to the individual property description.

Can I watch English news?

If your villa or apartment has a Satellite TV, you may be able to view English-language news broadcasts.
