Villas rent on a weekly basis. Most apartments require stays of min. three nights however some apartments have one-week min. stays.

All apartments allow arrival and departure on the dates of your choice. However, villas require a min. stay of one week, with arrival on Saturday. During mid and low season it is possible to require a different arrival day.

Typically you are expected to commence the rental of the villa in the afternoon and vacate in the morning. When you leave, dishes should be clean and put away, garbage should be disposed of, and your villa or apartment should be tidy.

Most of our property owners do not allow pets because some guests may be allergic to them or, because there are pets living on the premises that may not be kind to other animals.

Apartment and villa rentals include linens, towels, taxes and service charges.   What is included varies from property to property. Please refer to the individual property description for a detailed list of inclusions. Heating, air conditioned - where available - and final cleaning are almost always at additional cost as well as incidentals, and additional services (i.e. grocery delivery, additional cleaning service, cook).

Weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels is included in all villas. Additional cleaning service may be included depending on the property. Please refer to the individual property description for a detailed list of additional services.

For most properties additional staff   - i.e. maids, cooks, babysitters - is available at an additional cost. If you would like to arrange for a cook to prepare dinner during your stay, we suggest to make arrangements 2 or 3 months before your trip.

Kitchens are equipped with: a sink, stove top, an oven, sufficient pots, pans, dishes, flatware, utensils and glasses for the maximum number of occupants. Some have an American coffee maker and most of them have a dishwasher.
